A friend of mine started a project called »PATCH Project«. The project is a collection of open-source prostheses for children in developing countries. The prostheses are all under the creative-common license (cc) and the idea to increase the collection of prostheses is having users participating and contributing new solutions. I really like the idea of a concept like this where anybody can share and create new ideas for a really good cause. You can contribute and participate on patchproject.net PATCH Project on facebook
